Welcome to GameHubs. By accessing or using gamehubs.org (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Submissions such as bases, decks, builds or messages ("User Content") remain yours. By submitting User Content you grant GameHubs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and distribute it as part of the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

4. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content.
  • No scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to disrupt the Service.
  • No submission of malicious links or malware.
  • No impersonation or misrepresentation.

5. Third-party content and trademarks

Game titles, logos, artwork and gameplay data belong to their respective owners (including Supercell and Epic Games). GameHubs is an independent fan-oriented platform and is not endorsed, sponsored or affiliated with any publisher.

6. Advertising

The Service displays third-party advertisements, including via Google AdSense. GameHubs is not responsible for the content of any advertisement or for the products or services offered by advertisers.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GameHubs does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that information (including leaderboards, guides and shop data) will be accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameHubs and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
